SupCom2 is a fast and fun playing RTS and has a good game mode. It does have a lot of bugs. But still it gets up my street. The game has a tutorial, a quickstart tutorial, and a multiplayer tutorial. Best thing about SupCom 2 is that you can use mouse or keyboard. Its gaming experience is quite other than S1. The gameplay is really good. You can play the game flexible. It has a variation of gameplay : 64 base defense, 64 base offense, 8 base defense or 8 base offense. Give the game a try!
The environment appears to be simplified, but there still appears to be elaborate terrain that can obstruct the movement of units. Other than that, the way they competed is the tough concept that, the more you play ( against a…=100 players ) the bigger and tougher they get.
From the Demo, it seems to be focused more on the campaign experience, with a few features such as multiplayer, Internet game play, random games, and hotseat built in. There is no multiplayer training or tutorials, as it is not a real time strategy at all. This makes it a very different RTS title, where the depth of the game is not as deep as other RTS games.
I’m thinking of getting Supreme Commander 2, though from what i’ve read on SteamDB the next release will be free to patch in the missing features. The new game feels amazing and i can’t wait to get my hands on it once it’s available. We come from a game debt, Rob!
